We figure now is probably a good time to update on Saloni and Shavani, our two twin girls that we took in a few weeks back at the age of 4 weeks old. Both have now put on significant weight and though they did have some small problems with heat rash and colic they are now doing just fine! Caring for twin baby girls in a sea of 100+ other children could be quite a difficult job thankfully however there is a seemingly endless supply of ready hands eager to hold them.

At nights they are shared between staff, senior girls and sometimes volunteers to help keep everyone’s energy levels up. Both babies love music and are quite content to sit in their beds listening and smiling away to themselves with a TV or radio on in the background.
