Computers

Fruit
Nutrition is something that we really struggle with here. Sadly we are not able to give our children fruit much at all as it is a luxury we just cannot afford. Our kids take vitamin tablets which help but really fruit would be a great thing for them. This group includes 1 each piece of fruit for ALL our children.
