Our property was badly in need of new fences, many of the old fences were in-complete, broken and rotten. Most of the posts were just wooden logs or branches and most were rotten out from monsoon floods or hollowed out by termites.

Thanks to the support of GHD Engineering a volunteering work team from Australia came out to the mission and constructed a 2.3km fence around our entire boundary. The fence posts are moulded, re-inforced concrete and are expected to last decades.

This fence will protect our crops from the many wild animals that constantly come into our fields in the dark of the night. This will not only boost our crop yield but also save money as we will no longer need to hire guards to protect the fields night and day.
